My name is Ivan Dorić, I was born in Zagreb, Croatia, but lived there for a very short time, most of my life was spent in a little town called Našice. After I've finished high school I've moved around Croatia every few years (Varaždin, Osijek, Vukovar) and now I live in my birth place again, Zagreb. I must say I like it here very much and I plan to spend at least another few years here.

I'm a freelance web designer & developer. My primary work is mostly web design and web technologies, but I also do brand design, print design and simple motion design. You can check out my work here and hire me if you like what you see.

I'm particularly fascinated with using clean xhtml and css code for my web design projects. Writing that kind of code is like poetry for me. I also like simple designs (less is more type of stuff). One of the reasons I got into this kind of work is because I really enjoy doing it, and I like to watch my designs and my code get better every time I do new project.

Also I like to help people develop their web design skills, so I've started a blog that features video and text tutorials for learning best web design techniques and other design skills.
